
About Me
I have been practicing yoga and movement for three decades.
What began as a personal exploration of the body has become a long-term practice of attention, presence, and transformation. Over the years, I’ve moved through different forms - from the precision of ashtanga and vinyasa to the spaciousness of free-form and somatic practices.
My work brings together yoga, somatic awareness, and free-form movement to support embodied inquiry and connection.
Certified in Dynamic Mindfulness Yoga (200 hrs, Zen Yoga Berlin, 2018) and Transformative Dance Facilitation (2023), I share these tools through mindful movement and free-form dance.
Classes
In my yoga classes, I offer a movement practice that supports both physical and mental well-being. The sessions combine familiar yoga poses and fluid sequences with a simple, playful approach that invites freedom and curiosity.
The practice is accessible to anyone who enjoys moving, as well as to yoga practitioners of all levels.
I guide each class with a sense of openness and trust in the body’s own intelligence.
